Arzu Taryel Asgarov wasborn on 14.08.1996 in Khoylu village of Goranboy region.In 2013, he graduated from Mubariz Farmanov secondary school with excellent marks.In 2013, he graduated from the Azerbaijan Technological University with a bachelor's degree in state and municipal management, and in 2019- a master's degree in regional management with honors.
He was also awarded the certificates “Student Certificate of Attendance”, “Digital Economy Summit 19” by studying at the Black Sea Technical University of Turkey through the exchange program.
Since 2020, he has been working as an assistant at the Department of administrative management and Commerce of the Azerbaijan University of Technology.Since January 2023, he has been appointed director of the e-services organization and Information Center.Since March 2026, he has been appointed head of the Quality Assurance department.
